Cook/ Kitchen Assistants Required
Hours Negotiable
Full training provided

HOURS
To work a variety of shifts between 11am and 10pm

Shifts available would be between these times

Mon - Thurs

11am - 9pm

Fridays

11.30am -10pm (with one hour break)

Sundays

11-4.30

Plus availability for additional holiday/illness cover

PAY
Negotiable dependent on experience, qualifications and skill level of successful candidate
Immediate start

DUTIES
- You will be requird to cook from fresh ingredients to produce consistent and high quality dishes
- Work quickly, accurately and calmly at busy periods
- Be confident in stock-taking and ordering, stock rotation
- Show enthusiasm for keeping a clean and ordered kitchen and stock area
- Involvement in menu and product research, costing and development


ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of SFBB hygiene practises
- Ability to work solo in a kitchen environment
- Attention to detail
- Deal with high-pressure environments
- Be able to work within a small team
- Be able to bring new ideas to the pub's menu/specials board
- Excellent communication skills
- Good decision making skills
